Amata is a craft gin that captures the blessings of Yakushima, spreading a herbal and refreshing aroma as if you're walking through the forests of Yakusugi the moment it touches your palate.

Using a well-balanced combination of botanicals from Yakushima, such as 'Yakusugi' chips, 'organically grown green tea,' and 'gettou' (shell ginger), along with added herbs like 'lemongrass' and 'mint' for a refreshing finish. 'Gajutsu,' a plant used in Chinese medicine from Yakushima, adds a unique bitterness and a cool sensation. By using a small amount, it recreates the taste that evokes the nature of Yakushima.

When you're looking to refresh a little, be sure to try 'Amata' on the rocks or with soda.

Organic Yakushima Tea "Amauta"

Yakushima, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is surrounded by beautiful nature. The island is also known as "Yakushima" (Medicinal Island), as it has been a source of many medicinal herbs like turmeric and gajutsu since ancient times, playing a vital role in the lives of its people. With a desire to offer safe tea, it has acquired the Organic JAS certification. The tea is grown without the use of pesticides during cultivation (with no detectable residual pesticides).

Here, we introduce the pairing options for Amauta.
